I have admired Saudi intensive care since I read a Saudi research paper for the first time, many, many years ago. Unfortunately, Saudis were betrayed by the Angus Method.

Bad enough? No, it’s much worse.

A pile of wrong assumptions about sepsis just wrecked.

Of course, the Dogtensivist Society will keep the status quo.

They must keep the spice flowing. They must keep you ignorant.
